Let’s start from the top:
Save the Date Cards
If the excitement is just all too much and even though your wedding is still a little way off, why not let your intended guests know right now!
We have a save the date card in each of our ranges, and also a simple card just in case you haven’t decided on your theme yet. Go on let em' know.
Wedding Invitations
These will be your main item, so go on indulge yourself.
The invitations should be sent to each guest, couple or family at least 8-10 weeks before the wedding, maybe allowing even an additional 2 weeks to this if your wedding falls during the busy summer months.
This will allow your guests plenty of time to organise hotels and for those all important replies to arrive.
In some cases venues may need your numbers to be finalised a lot earlier than a couple of months, bear this in mind when planning your dates to send them out.
Information Cards
We also have a range of information cards to help you advise your guests of those all important details, including road maps, accommodation lists and wedding list details, I can guarantee, a simple inclusion of a map or written directions to your venue will save you valuable minutes on your wedding morning when you’re suddenly called upon to become a real live Satellite Navigation System!
Evening Invitations
These can be sent to additional guests who are not attending the main wedding event, again one invite per person, couple or family is all you will require
Order of Service
These booklets will allow your guests to be guided through your service, whether you are getting married in a church or not.
We recommend that you have at least one per person if you have hymns to follow along and a handful extra for unexpected guests, try and remember to keep one out, tuck it away this will give you a special memento of all your months worth of planning.
We suggest you check the details for the service, especially the hymns and music with your minister or registrars before ordering your cards just to make sure that the details are just so.
On the day the cards may be handed out by your Ushers or placed on the seats prior to your service
Reply Cards
Let’s make it easy for your guests to reply. We all know how sometimes just getting around to saying yes, becomes a climb up Kilimanjaro, so to help we have a RSVP in each of the ranges each with a coordinating envelope which may be preaddressed with your details. The excitement will become near unbearable as you see those little cards start dropping back through your letter box, your wedding will seem literally minutes away.
Place Cards
Put them in their place! Let your guests know where they need to be with our range of flat or folded Place Cards, in co-ordinating boards or maybe something bespoke in the shape of luggage tag the choice is yours. The cards can provide your guests with an attractive memento of your day.
Table Plans and Escort Cards
No not those type of escort cards !!……
We can produce Table Plans on large A3 or A2 size boards to coordinate with your invitations, mounted in a frame.
The plans can fit easily 6 tables plus a top table, (if you’re having one). We would suggest if you are having quite a large wedding it may be better to increase the number of table plans you have, this will allow your guests to easily view where they are due to sit.
Now back to those Escort Cards, these are small envelopes with each of your guests names simple enclosing a card stating the name of the table that they are due to be sat at, this saves the normal crush at the Table Plan.
They can be placed just outside your seating area or during welcome drinks circulated on trays by eager waiting staff or nieces and nephews!
Menus
Not to be confused with your local Chinese, the Menu Cards can provide not only details of your food and wines, but also the order of events such as toasts and speeches.
Just to be sure; please confirm all the details including spellings with your caterers at your venue before ordering your stationery.
Depending on the information you wish to enclose, we would suggest one menu card per three to fours guests.
Thank you cards
While you are still on your “Just Married” cloud, it is a good idea just to let your family and friends know just how much it means to you both that they were part of your special day.
Be it on receipt of a wedding gift or simple to say cheers to your reception venue, these co-ordinating thank you cards are perfect capture your words as your creative writing juices flow; we can supply the cards with additional inserts depending on how much you wish to say!
