All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Postage and Packaging charges are £12.00 per order for mainland UK deliveries, all orders will need to be signed for at point of delivery.

You will find on the next page a quick guide on each of the card types and usually how many of each you can get away with ordering. If you have any queries, let us know.
Samples
We are able to provide you with a sample of your chosen card; each sample is £2.00 which will be fully refundable against your order. Please note we will try to send you a sample of the cards containing colours or images similar to you theme, but in some instances we are only able to supply samples we have in stock.
Ordering is simple

You can fill the form out on screen or print it out, send your completed form either by post, email or fax to the particulars at the bottom of the form
As long as you know what you want for your 'main' invitation items the rest of the information for you 'on the day' items such as place names and table plans may follow once you can confirm them.

Order Progression and payment
On receipt of your completed order form, we will produce electronic or draft printed proofs of all your stationery items, these will be sent to you for your approval prior to us ‘going to print’. The sooner you then say ‘Yes’ the sooner the process is underway
Once you have approved the proofs, we will despatch a request for payment which you can pay in one of two ways, you can pay using a link to Paypal supplied in an email request, who will process the payment on our behalf, or alternately you can send us a good old fashioned cheque through the post.
Once the payment has been cleared we will immediately send the order to print. This can then take up to a 2 weeks to receive back.
We will prioritise your wedding invitations, along with any other items you need for your main sending, and despatch these to you as soon as they are ready usually this will be approximately three weeks after your initial order date.
Once your guests have replied and you know the numbers for the rest of your items you can then follow up the order with your Order of Service, Place Card, Table Plan and Menu card requirements.
For this second batch of stationery please allow at least three clear weeks for the final order to be placed, proofed and printed.
Please bear in mind that if your venue is setting your tables they may need your table stationery a number of weeks before, just check with them and let us know, we can if required despatch directly to your wedding co-ordinator or contact at your venue.
